Due to safety, hygiene, and legal regulations, cannabis products are not eligible for standard returns once delivered.
Returns may only be considered under specific conditions outlined below.

- Cannabis products once delivered
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged after delivery (not due to shipping)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
